You are very welcome to contact me either by telephone or email to discuss your situation. You may feel apprehensive in taking the first step but it takes honesty and courage to reach out and ask for help and shows that you have acknowledged the problem and are taking responsibility to change things for the better.
You are welcome to contact me by phone, email or text, where we would arrange to meet for an initial consultation. This provides an opportunity to discuss the issues that you are struggling with, what your expectations from counselling are and to make sure you feel comfortable with me before deciding to begin working together. Subsequent sessions would be held weekly, on the same day at the same time, and would last for 50 minutes. In order to secure your session time, I ask that the initial consultation fee be paid 48 hours prior to the appointment. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed. On-going sessions can be paid for either in advance or on the day of your session by bank transfer, cash or card. I offer both short term and long term counselling and psychotherapy, depending on the individual needs of my clients.
All communications are treated in confidence and I will respond to your enquiry promptly.
